Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and ancestral branding, into the original shipping bag or a durable mailer of your choice.
Apply the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our tribe receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
